This creates durable demand for two things: hardware that reduces water waste at the point of use, and data that helps organizations understand and plan around local water stress. h2osave was built to address both.
Our revenue today comes primarily from direct sales and installation of water conservation hardware — the AC Water Conservation Kit, RO Waste Water Conservation Kit, and Smart Water Management System — sold to homes, offices, and commercial sites.
Alongside the hardware business, we are developing a Water Stress API: a data product for researchers, planners, and enterprises that need structured, localized water-stress information. This gives us both a tangible, sellable product today and a scalable data layer as usage grows.
Much of the water conservation conversation in India is educational — tips, awareness campaigns, and general advice. h2osave instead ships physical systems that recover and redirect water automatically, with no ongoing behavior change required from the user.
That combination of physical hardware plus a data product is uncommon in this space, and it gives us multiple ways to grow: unit sales, API/subscription revenue, and potential B2B and government partnerships around water-stress data.
